  • Sales & Marketing – Learn to promote unique cruises and luxury charters, both on-site and online. You’ll be trained in social media marketing, customer relationship management, and sales strategies that directly boost bookings and enhance customer experiences.

  • Boating Media – Get behind the camera (or your phone!) to capture stunning footage and photography of our daily cruises, yacht charters, and the picturesque scenery. Your content will be used across our digital platforms, giving you real-world experience in tourism media production.

  • Food & Beverage – Gain hospitality experience by assisting in our BBQ boat cruises. Learn how to cater to guests’ needs, manage inventory, and ensure every trip is as smooth as our Mediterranean waters.

  • Yacht Crew Support – Assist with the daily running of our Latchi Pearl and Latchi Oasis luxury yachts. You’ll learn essential skills in boat maintenance, guest services, and even help host private charters, providing top-notch experiences to our clients.

  • Event Coordination – Work alongside the team to plan and execute private events on our luxury yachts, from intimate family gatherings to stunning wedding ceremonies on the sea.
